Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the IMAGiiO website (hereinafter "the Agency"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

IMAGiiO is a digital agency based in Honduras offering web design and development, e-commerce, custom software development, social media management, and website maintenance services.

Specific services, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are detailed in the proposal or contract signed between both parties for each project.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client acquires usage rights over the final project deliverables (design, source code, content produced by the Agency). IMAGiiO reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Third-party tools, frameworks, libraries, and IMAGiiO's proprietary methodologies used in development remain under their respective original licenses.

The client agrees to:

• ▸Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information for project development.
• ▸Deliver materials (texts, images, access credentials) within agreed timelines.
• ▸Make payments according to the schedule established in the proposal.
• ▸Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
• ▸Not use Agency services for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.

Projects require a 50% upfront payment to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of access credentials or publication. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases of demonstrable non-compliance by the Agency.

Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. IMAGiiO reserves the right to update its rates with prior notice.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the timely provision of materials by the client. Delays in providing information or approvals by the client may extend timelines without liability to IMAGiiO.

IMAGiiO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The Agency's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

IMAGiiO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of services after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Honduras, unless an arbitration agreement exists between the parties.
